Pride is a favourite of mine, so I was really excited to find a recipe for a clone brew!
Makes 5 UK gallons (23 litres)
2.810 kg malt extract
370g Crystal Malt
13g Target hops (start of boil – 60 mins)
7g Challenger hops (60 mins)
7g Northdown hops (60 mins)
9g Goldings hops (10 minutes from end of boil)
1 tsp Irish Moss (10 mins)
Ale Yeast
Water to 23 litres
Dry hop with a few cones of Goldings.
OG: 1040
FG: 1010
4 % ABV
I also have this with amounts for 19 litres (4 US gallons) and 25 litres if people want it.
