Brewing to order

A friend asked me if I could brew a beer to their specifications – a 3.8% session beer.  The answer was, yes of course!

I have formulated the recipe and will give it a go.  Here it is for 2 gallons (UK):

908g Malt extract syrup
225g crystal malt
100g chocolate malt
14g Challenger hops at 60 min
1 tsp irish moss at 15 min
yeast

OG: 1.038
FG: 1.010
3.8%
